"Won't be going back here any more! I had been going to Jessie Nails since it opened. A few months ago I went for a manicure hoping to receive my free manicure which is earned after 10 manicures. I keep my manicure card in my personal supply box at the salon so I won't forget to bring it or lose it. To my surprise, the card with my 10 previous visits showing that I had earned a free manicure, was not in the box! The owner, Jessie, said I lost it and I should not have left it in the box! BTW, they originally suggested I leave the card in the box for safe keeping! The last manicurist that signed off on the card the previous visit was there and did not say anything. I did not expect any employee to remember that I had a full card but I did expect Jessie to honor my request as I am a long-time customer and was not going to scam them! They "lost" my card either by "accident" or because they didn't want to give me my free manicure."
