"can’t believe the service that yall provide. you guys really tried to switch up your story on an argument when the cops came. a disappointment to the nail shop community. update in response to owner's comment: it took y'all 4 years to respond to a negative review. shows how undedicated they are to customer service. also aimlessly saying that I have 10 fake ID's?? accusing me of committing a felony of somehow possessing 10 fake ID's? what is up with this place"

"Beautifully, Quiet relaxing salon. I recently moved into the area and needed my nails done while there is plenty of other salons on Broadway I figured let me check out the closest one to me. I thought they were close but their windows are tinted for the sun. Not sure who I saw I believe it was the owner; she was super nice fast and efficient. I did a matte black dip powder for my manicure. My dip powder feels natural and not too THICK. They use tools and techniques I’ve never seen at my old salon. The environment was great and CLEAN. I was satisfied and highly recommend."

"If I can give this place a 0 star rating I would. These people are horrible, the lady messed up my nails & they have been cracking and breaking & it’s only been a week!!!! I made an appt for Dip powder (French) & she had no clue on what she was doing. Worst place ever."
