"Worst ever nail experience! Has a powder nail manicure on 22 nd December and can’t wait for my nails to just grow out. The girl sawed them in until my skin showed and they look like stubs. The skin hurts still and I have to be so careful not to hurt that area. She even sawed the sides way too much … can’t say anything more but that I will NEVER enter the place again !!"

"I don’t really write reviews unless I truly believe they deserve it, whether good or bad. But I can’t stand to look at my nails…. This nail salon is not my Go-To spot and honestly I will probably never return. I came to this nail salon on the recommendation of some co-workers, I went to Mindy because she had some great reviews but I have nothing good to say, I needed a full set and straight off she was pressuring me and trying to upsell my service about 4 times, when I told her no time after time. None of my nails look the same!!!! some are thicker than others, one is pointing up, there are some that are SOOOO totally crooked, she didn’t clean my cuticle area when she painted the gel polish on my nails and it looks thick and flooded as my nails are growing out, tbh it looks like I did my nails not a “professional”. On top of all that she filed my nails and cut me, my cuticle is still healing… a week later. She was so rough that my nails hurt for 3-4 days after and I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have never experienced that. Safe to say this is a buyers beware, hopefully you have a better experience than me."

"They took my gel manicure off with the nail drill sander instead of soaking it off with acetone. It left huge divets in my mail bed, not to mention thinning my nails even way more than necessary. The nail polish brand they use is very low quality also. Won’t go back. Adding onto this because my toenails are heavily damaged also and I had a regular pedicure! My whole life they have never looked like this."

"I don’t usually write reviews but this time I’m physically hurt, my nails got destroyed. I’ve been going for awhile, I usually get tips with Uv gel manicure and I was always happy with the result. But lately I’ve been very frustrated with the quality of work. My tips would fall off within a week because the gel would lift off my nails, and that’s been damaging my nails so bad, that I decided to never go back. I don’t know if it’s a change in product quality or poor staff but something has changed over the past 2 months, and for the price everyone should be getting good quality. I can’t be going back every week meanwhile a UV gel manicure should be lasting for at least 2-3 weeks, I’m not even able to get fillings anymore, because it’s so bad that they have to start all over again."

"This place is great when you have a consistent tech. Me and my girlfriend go to Amy and Lily and it’s always a wonderful girls day and they both always do our nails perfectly. Nicole does a great pedicure and I get my brows done here as well! My favorite place"
