"THE WORST MANICURE EVER! First time visiting, and the last time. Are these workers older than 15? If yes, then they have no experience. I could not communicate neither since 3 people could not speak English. Photos talk for themselves. She made my nails wider than they actually are. I would not do worse job myself. Just HORRIBLE!!!!"

"I went in for a simple dip powder refill. I think the receptionist asked me 4 different times if I was sure it was dip powder that I had on my nails (after I had said yes multiple times) I then asked my nail person if they could do French dip powder which they said they didn’t do , but then asked me if I wanted the white part in powder or painted on. At that point I just wanted to get started so I said whatever you can do ( big mistake) . Aside from them taking forever to file my nails and prep them for the powder , they then did the white tip part with nail polish and put gel on top of my nails…. I asked for a dip powder refill not gel!! It took them 2.5 hours for something that legit takes 45 mins and I was charged way more than I should have been for my nails now .. 2 days later to be missing 3 white tips and I’ll have to go get them redone ! I used to go to Victoria’s nail a while back and decided to give them another shot but I will never do that again. I’m so annoyed ."
