"Great store for tile installers. The tool Selection is decent, about 10 times better then HD. The thinset and installation products are great, everything from laticrete. Prices are cheapest around from any box store or tile shop"

"This rating is for the management of this specific store. I bought some tiles at another location and next day I needed to return it with the receipt because the customers changed their mind. The manager did not want to give me refund for the brand new, undamaged, boxed tiles. She insisted to only give me store credit. This is what the website of Floor&Decor says about returns "If you are not completely satisfied with your store or online purchase, simply return the merchandise to any Floor & Decor within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase" Go figure..."

"I don't think there are words to describe this store. One thing is for sure, the Floor and Decor in Commack is not your average supply store. First of all the people who work there are the friendliest and the most helpful than any other store. There is no "go to this isle" at this store. They come with you and even walk a mile with you until you find exactly what you re looking for. I personally commend Nancy at the pro desk who literally stopped whatever she was doing to come and help me with my vinyl floor selection. Sara, for walking literally a mile with me to find exactly the product i was looking for and Adam at the pro desk who also did the same another day. Later i found out he is the manager of the pro desk and i was surprised to see a manager walking with me to get what i was looking for. (That is called leadership) As for the pick up order, the guys in the back were quick and i spend max 4 minutes picking up the order. All of this comes with extra.... The store is so clean, literally spotless!! And every other associate there welcomes you with a smile and a "how can I help you?" ... Lastly, i heard a lot of times from other supply stores "we value you as a customer" but after this experience at the floor and decor in commack I am having hard time understanding what they "value". At Floor and Decor in Commack they even say "thank you" as you pay!!! Overall, kudos to the entire staff there, the pro desk, and of course the manager of the store who I believe does an amazing job being a leader with an amazing team!!!"

He even helped me load the heavy boxes of marble tiles into my car! There is a wide range of tiles for every budget, it makes decisions so much harder!"
