"Worst experience ever. I’m so mad I didn’t check the reviews first. My 16 year old daughter wanted to get a full set of tips with her Christmas money. We chose this place because it’s close to home. We showed pictures of the style and design my daughter wanted. (A creative french, nude with white swirls on the tips, nothing crazy) The man called over a lady who said she could do it. She was very rough and did a HORRIBLE JOB with a basic acrylic set. They were thick, lumpy, and crooked. Kelly responded with an attitude, telling us it was my daughter fingers, not the work. Then Kelly tried 3 times to do the white swirls, wiped off every attempt, and said it would look better plain. I was so mad but calmly said that she could have just been honest and admitted she didn’t do designs when we showed her the picture. We quit at that point with the unpainted vienna sausage nails. I gave her cash for the listed cost of the acrylic set and refused to pay the additional $20 for the gel design. She raised her voice and began shooing us with hand gestures, accusing us of “just not wanting to pay.” Unskilled, very poor quality work. Terrible customer service. Dishonest and nasty. My daughter left so upset and disappointed. We went directly to five-star nail in Freeport who did a fantastic job fixing her nails and she left with a beautiful design and a big smile. (That cost us the price of two sets in the end)"

"They ruined my day. The lady I got (kelly) was BEYOND distracted while doing my nails. She was rude when me and my mom said we didnt like them, waving us out. She made them thick and clunky, extremely messy, left my cuticles alone (they are far overgrown so it looked stupid) and even told us that she could do a design she ended up not being able to do. Horrible experience. The pictures show the design inspo i showed them and how the nails turned out. Overall disappointing."

"Worst experience. Horrible job. Just wanted simple acrylic set. They were crooked, super think and clunky, shaped badly, messy and they left the glue all around my cuticles.they didn’t even send me to go wash my hands after the shaping. Began to apply the polish over the dust until I said something. THEN Kelly began to give me an attitude for trying to communicate that what I wanted. They overcharged me… adding $5 for “long” when they were fairly short… adding $20 for gel when the pricing board said $10… I was so very uncomfortable, service and attitudes sucked and they have no clue how to do nails. I will never go back and I warn you not to wast your time or money."

"They do nails really well at this Salon, however, I didn't appreciate one of the nail techs laughing at my nail polish color choice. She could have simply explained to me that that particular color (a sparkly/glitterly color)goes better as a coat over another color. She then proceeded to make fun of my eyebrows (I went for a waxing as well), and said that I looked like I had two eyebrows. That was uncalled for. And I notice that there are certain clients that they are very polite and not nearly as brash and blunt towards.. if you catch my drift. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this place, but I was satisfied with my nails and eyebrows."

"Tried this place off a whim since I just moved to area and didn’t want to drive out an hour to my old place. Next time would rather drive an hour. They haggle you to constantly upgrade services even after you say no thank you, pricey, but worst of all I got haggled multiple times to increase my $10 tip. The person kept saying “give me $5 more” over and over trying to pressure me to increase the tip even after me saying 10 multiple times. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, was a total turn off and felt very uncomfortable. Also my white toe polish started changing color the same day."
