"I came here for SNS nails and what I got was the ugliest, clumsiest, untidy SNS nails I’ve ever done for $40. I was so mad I left quietly as I didn’t want to express myself while so upset. I called the next morning to complain and the lady I spoke with claimed the technician who worked on my nails is new and they didn’t know she can’t do it well. She promised to fix the clumsy job and said she would call me to come in later in the day. She called at 7:00 pm and asked if I could show up in 10 mins and that they close at 7:30 pm! I’m a working mother with a busy schedule and I can’t understand why someone who’s trying to resolve poor service would give such little flexibility. I asked her to call me the next day and give me enough time. She called the next day at 6:55 pm! When they close at 7:30 pm. It became obvious that she was only trying to repair my nails at her convenience and wanted to make sure they don’t miss any new customers while working on my nails. My advice: do not do SNS nails at this salon. They are clueless, unprofessional and only interested in money and not customer satisfaction! HOT NAILS right across the street does a great job with SNS nails. I usually get mine done there but unfortunately they were closed that day."

"They did such a horrible job and then had the nerve to still charge me 30 dollars for gel manicure ... after they knew they messed them up. They put about 8 coats of gel .. horrible!! Never going back again!"
