"My mani/pedi was rushed , my heel is rough from the scrub that was done. When I stop to inspect what was being done, I was told "no no come come it busy I have to hurry its busy". There were 3 technicians including the one attending to me. Third was sitting with no customer and no one waiting. The design I wanted I was told will cause $7 more then $10. Then my nail was too short and she didn't have the right color. I was over the whole experience and let whatever it was going to be be. Never again. I wanted the design circle in blue I left with the orange design. Rude and pushy."
"I've been here twice. First time, I came out with bubbly nail polish. I got a dip manicure the second time. The manicurist filed my nails so short that one bled... She also tried to cut the skin connecting my nails to my finger (between the tip of the nail and fingertip), but I told her off. They were polite enough, but I won't be back."
"Cindy did my nails very well and I enjoyed the experience. Although I noticed that she went very fast and because of it there were a few messy spots, but overall amazing!!! Thanks!! I got tip-ons and payed about 50 for it total."
"I came here often not because the service was great but because it was okay and convenient since it was near home. But after today I’ll never be coming again. My nail shape came out terrible, crooked and uneven. When I asked Cindy to fix it she complained and somehow managed to make it even worse. Cindy was very unprofessional and unkind. To top it all they raised their prices drastically. I don’t mind paying for good service but this was just terrible. I don’t recommend this place at all. Go somewhere more high end and you’ll pay the same but get great service and a CLEAN and calm environment. To talk about the uncleanliness and messiness of this place will require a different review."
"I booked an appointment for Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and very relaxing. The music was soothing. The owner herself, Sunny serviced my Pedicure. It was fantastic. It was the best pedicure I ever had. Her colleague gave me a Color gel powder nail service. It was my 1st and still lasting well. It was a little pricey but well worth it. Treat yourself and even a friend. Give support to this well maintained and clean salon."
