"definitely a wait on busy days but so worth it. The shape always is on point and Susan takes her time to make sure it’s good which is why the wait is long"

"I got my nails done 2 days ago there. And I am more than disappointed. I tried to stay loyal, I really understand that some people there are still learning. But last time the owner of the salon (Susan) was doing my manicure herself. I assume that she is scared of some other clients and tries her best with them, but in my case she just doesn’t care if I like it. I paid 65 bucks. It was a simple design , but as you see in pictures -color choice , lines -everything looks like it was done by 3 years old girl. I took it personal, I do think it is very disrespectful to me as to a client. And then Susan kept saying : “happy holidays! Nice! Right?” Yeah…”nice” Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, too, guys”. Thanks for ruining it. Please see pictures below"

"Had the worst experience today. I called yesterday to see if Nelson was available today. It's my birthday and didn't want to have to wait. Susan told me to come at 11am . Ended up waiting 3 hours! Had to pay $6 total at the meter and almost got a ticket. All in all, was in there 5 hours total. If you tell me to come at a certain time, I expect to be seen at that time. Especially on my birthday. I had plans and spent all day in the nail salon Susan isn't honest about the wait times. She always says "Come in baby" when she knows it's busy. She needs to do appointments only and stick to real appointment times. Then I was looking for the color I used last time on my toe nails and was rushed to just pick another color. Then, a customer came in to complain about Susan taking to clients about her behind her back and told her not to do it again. And what did she do? Talk about her to the next client right next to me. SMH."
