"Great customer service. Had a few mishaps but the Supervisor Mike took care of any issues or misunderstanding."
"While the person at the counter was good, the car I got was very worn, deep gouges in the paint, the car is terribly low to the ground its painful to get in/out. The gas was not topped off and parts of the rug on drivers side was worn down to the metal floor boards. It's embarrassing to be seen driving it."
"Gave my older uncle a freaking kia for his rental of course he does not know about the kia boys and sure enough they tried to steal it out of his yard. Then tried to give him a hassle about the damage done but in the end they got everything taken care of. But I definitely won't rent from them anymore"
"Okay experience. The vehicle was clean and enjoyable. The staff was attentive. Needed better instructions from the insurance company to smooth the deal. It was very convenient that they picked up the car from the collision repair shop."
