"If you’re a walk in new customer, dont bother. I had been waiting for about 40 mins only to have 3 people come in and placed in front of me, they looked like they were regulars. I just left, never had I been treated and ignored like this before. There are so many other nail places around, that I’ll just roll the dice."

"I had been trying to get an appointment with Peter for weeks (recommended by a friend). I finally got an appointment for a Thursday at 5. I was arrived to said appointment about 15 mins early, but someone else was still taken before me at the time of my appointment. When he finished with that person, he announced he was too sick to take me. I wasn’t seen until after 7 by his wife. She was so sweet and accommodated my crazy wait time (with a sleeping toddler). She did my UV gel for the first time, which I loved! She even gifted me a nice lotion. I really appreciated her trying to make things right. I loved my nails! Thank you Michelle!"

"I have been going here for a while. Each time I make an apt and never do I get seen by the person or time I make the apt with. This was the 2nd time I’ve made an apt with Peter he tries to push me off to do someone else nails who had a later apt than I did. I will not be going back. He has lost 2 customers and this was not the first time I’ve spoken to him about it. Wondering if he has preference with certain cultures. I always tip well and do extra stuff like hot stone pedicures so I’m paying around $100 most of the time. There is a new salon opening up I will try it there and maybe my business would be appreciated"
