"Saw a mouse when I was getting my nails done. I told a worker and she just looked at me and said “I’m scared.” Dirty establishment and very unprofessional. Not at all worth the price they charge for the service you get. Would not recommend"

"Went for an ombre powder fill in. Same lady as last time starts my nails then pulls out acrylic. When I asked for powder, same as last time, she shows me about 10 colors. Left with my nails undone. First couple times I got a full set then a fill-in from the same lady & it was nice. Not sure what happened this time."

"I have been here three, maybe four times. The only reason I've come here is because I havent had the time to go to my usual place. The owner is very unprofessional. She yelled at an employee for 10 min in front of all the customers. She stopped working on her customer's manicure to continue yelling at her employee. It was very uncomfortable. That same employee did my pedicure and I thanked her with a good tip. She then went on a 10 min rant about a nasty customer, who wasn't nasty at all but expressed how displeased she was with the service. Because I was speaking to that same lady, I was told I couldn't get a manicure after my pedicure (she said she had too many appointments). I will never return to this place. I now see why people have told me to avoid U B Nails."
