"Charged me $25 to take the gel nail polish off of hands. Not a manicure, but just removing the polish. Their manicures are $25. I questioned the person and they weren’t budging. Save yourself time, go elsewhere."

"My daughter and I went today for pedicures. Everywhere else was busy but we walked in and without appointment had no wait. Kennedy and Rose were very friendly and did a great job, not rough and no pressure to up sell extras. Overall a great experience. We will be back."

"I booked a gel mani and my friend booked a regular pedi with regular polish. I was brought a pallet to choose a color from. When the dip powder was brought out during my service I tried to tell him I wanted gel to which he said the color I chose (from the pallet he brought me) was dip and continued. I had been thinking about trying dip for a while so I went with it. I was expecting a $40 service and it ended up being $80. My friend had to tell them several times to do regular polish and they kept trying to push her to do gel to up the price. Even after refusing the gel they still tried to put it on hoping she wouldn’t notice. She had to ask them to take it off and replace the gel with regular polish like she asked. She was charged for a deluxe pedicure even though she booked a regular and they took it upon themselves to do whatever stuff makes a deluxe. We constantly got asked if we wanted waxes or extra upgrades to our nails. There are too many honest and reasonably priced nail techs around to justify going here. Not to mention the result of our services are below average."

"The staff were very friendly but I feel we were over charged for the services and experience. I brought my daughter to get acrylics for her birthday. It is her first set of nails ever. She asked for the design from the round tip picture. We just wanted acrylics, I am not an expert in all the options but I believe we were upgraded to dip nails, which afterwards were not necessary and they didn’t have the colors she wanted, so I’m frustrated that we did not stick with our original choice in polish and a different nail type. We asked for two gel pedicures, a gel manicure and acrylic nails with the design pictured. I paid $250 for our final products and experience and we could have gone to any day spa in the area for the full experience for those fees. Overall the people were kind but we are not happy with the value or the services."

"Great service. We came in as a walk in for 2 full gel sets and they got to work immediately. The tech who did my nails was slightly rough on my hands, but not too bad, and my friend said her tech was very gentle, so it depends. Either way the result was FANTASTIC and FAST. Love these nails. Will be coming here again."
