"As a commercial cleaning contractor for over 10 years (40+ in the industry), it is not often you come across a company that will have you change the way you do business. We changed the chemistry we have used since we opened our doors in 2013, after having the good fortune of being introduced to Mike Zanche of Gabriel First Corporation through a mutual friend. Mike never pressured me to make a change, just asked if he could give us a sample to try, while tackling a problem we were having. To my delight the products worked wonders, and where easy for our staff to adjust too also. The real joy was in our clients response to the use of the products not knowing we made the change and raved about the quality of work done. The products when used properly (dilution and dwell time) provided a much cleaner surface with less likelihood of re-soiling while saving on labor. We were able to reduce the amount of labor at this one facility by only one hour a week, yet that is a 52 hour a year savings at just one facility. The other beauty was the super concentrates create a real dollar and cent saving over RTU (ready to use) products. An example is the cost to mix quart bottles of glass cleaner that now cost me only $0.07 a quart. I have used super concentrates most of the time with my company, now I am saving even more money, and crush my competition that continues to purchase items off the shelf. If even at the dollar store (which these chemicals do not measure up to the high quality). The floor care products are even better and can push out the high cost of stripping 3 years or more reducing the amount of metals being dumped into the water system, so you are able to even compete on a sustainability level so many facility managers are looking towards in today's economic climate.
