"I highly recommend Refined Restoration! We initially were going with a different company, but after being quoted an insane amount that was way above our budget and insurance coverage, we decided to shop around a bit. Ed and Val do everything by the book! They finished in a day and were able to work within our insurance claim. They work so hard!!! And got rid of everything that needed to be tossed after having a a severe sewage leak in our basement. I will be recommending them to everyone that has water damage. I can not say enough amazing things about them. Just genuinely good hearted people with such integrity to what they do! Here’s a copy before pictures and after!"

"Our refrigerator water line sprung a leak and we had water in the basement and kitchen. We called our insurance on a Sunday and they contacted Refined Restoration on a 3 way call. Ed was able to come right out to our house, on a Sunday! He assessed the damage and told us what the plan was. Before he left, he set up blowers, dehumidifiers and drainhoses in the kitchen and the basement. It took three days for both of the areas to be dry. Ed and his assistant came out each day to assess and update us each time. We HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone that may need them."

They were kind, professional, knowledgeable & most importantly transparent & honest. Ed took the time to explain how to best restore our home and prepare it for repairing the water damage on 3 floors. "I am not a review writer but had to share my outstanding experience with refined restoration. 8:30am I realized I had water coming from a air conditioner in my attic into my living. 10:30am they were at my door and immediately put my mind at ease saying we can handle everything and they absolutely did. They cut bad drywall and removed insulation and dried everything with their equipment. To much more to list but the job and people are top notch.
