"dropped off 4 tools and a battery for warranty and repair. Didn't hear anything for 2 months. I called and was told 3 of the 4 tools were unrepairable and the battery a standard 20volt was still on order for 2 months. I took the tools back to my shop. one drill needed a chuck which I changed in 10 minutes the other had a loose wire to brush which I crimped, put back on and working fine. This also took 10 minutes. I called and was told they don't know why that would happen and they will try better next time. There wont be a next time."
