"No one wants an unpleasant odor! But, if you have to deal with one, call Paul! He’s well trained and knowledgeable, and so easy to work with! Our cat peed in an HVAC floor vent, and although I scrubbed with every cleaner and enzyme the internet recommended, that distinctive smell would not go away. Of course not— it was now throughout the duct system. Paul knew the right (non-toxic) chemicals and essential oils to use and the right procedure for fuming the ducts. And voila! I hope we never again have an unwanted smell, but if we do, we know who to call!!!"

They have 3 small children and I wanted to make sure their apartment was clear of any issues that could get them (parents) or the children sick.
