"We needed to have 30-year-old hydrostatic heating units replaced with 40 feet of hot water baseboard in our great room. John was timely with meeting us to review the job and provided a detailed quote within a timely manner. Scheduling the job was scheduled sooner than we expected. Once that was confirmed, the technicians, Andrew and Angel, arrived on time, well equipped, and ready to go to work. They worked diligently all day and got the job done within 9 hours. They left here dirty and with lots of debris, but our home was left as clean as could be and with a much-improved heating system. Andrew and Angel were polite and professional throughout the day. We would use Rice Plumbing and Heating services again. 02/01/2024...it is now the middle of winter and I am even happier having had this work done. The heat in the great room is consistent and even. "This was my first time with this company. They arrived on time, were pleasant and polite, and did the job (replacing a toilet) as neatly and carefully as possible. They also knowledgeably answered questions about some other plumbing issues I had; I'll be using them again for those projects. I had originally reached out to another plumber who was recommended by a friend; that plumber never answered the phone, and never returned messages or emails. After three weeks of no responses, I asked a different friend, and he recommended Rice. Someone answered the phone right away and set up a service call. Responsiveness really does matter."
