Julius and DeByron were a great crew and very conscientious and professional. They took care an extra effort to remove a few stains from the couch and I really appreciate that. "I had my tile floors and grout cleaned and the two guys that did it were great. You can tell they did everything they were supposed to and were very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the entryways halls and some of the kitchen didn’t come clean and still look pretty cruddy but I’m thinking it is the limitations of the machine, not an operator issue. Overall I would give the guys a 5 star review but the overall results 2 stars. Not sure I would have it done again just because I’d like the grout to come actually clean but maybe another cleaning would help clean the grout lines for real. A lot of the grout lines are still dirty as seen in the photos. Admittedly it has been a long time since they were scrubbed or anything but that’s why we had them cleaned professionally. Doesn’t seem like the service lives up to its promise. Definitely not worth 250$ and I am going to request our money back."
