"Incredibly racist and rude! Refused to service me because I am not Latino. When I requested service, they acted as if no one in the salon spoke English. Not sure how you can open and run a business in one of the most diverse cities in the world and not speak a lick of English! I will be filing a complaint with the NYC Human Rights Board!"

"The new woman’s working there especially on Saturday they don’t know how to do nails one of them cut off half of my nail she’s new she only got three months there and the other one she is new too and didn’t even know how to do design she just messed up my nails and they charge me to fix it unacceptable 0 stars the place was good before when the other woman’s that used to work now the hiring people that they don’t know how to do their job."

"This place is a hidden gem. I’ve gotten a gel mani/pedi with Evelyn and a gel pedi with Sonya. Both ladies did a wonderful job. I have eczema and I’m very particular with how my nails are handled. Both of these ladies were gentle and left my nails looking beautiful. My nails have lasted over 2 weeks without chipping. I highly recommend this place."

"Unacceptable cheap quality service for SNS nails… my feet are also already chipping and have multiple nails cracking… the girl who did my nails was also rushing and not listening to me when I asked for SNS French she said “I can do those, those are hard” if you can’t do your job then… don’t work in a nail salon. DONT GO HERE ! Waste your ur $$$ on an actual proper functioning salon."
