"I was not super impressed with my experience here. I brought in a jacket with some collar staining. They said they would try to remove it by presoaking it first. When I picked it up and asked about the stain, they acted as if it was all fixed and said "looks pretty good right?". So, I removed the plastic and looked a little closer. It looked just like it did when I brought it in. I thought that was kind of unprofessional even though they offered to put it through again for free. Also, they had texted me a discount offer earlier in the year but never gave me any discount."

"These folks are simply Amazing. Not only did they properly and thoroughly clean multiple pairs of suede pants but they did so for an incredibly, Surprisingly reasonable price. But what Really impressed me was the FREE delivery service. Who does that??? I live at least 11 miles from the store, on a private road, in the woods, and not only did the wonderfully personable delivery gentleman Find me, but I received my clothing in a very substantial, not flimsy, garment bag, WITH an over the door hook to hang it on. Unreal. I can’t think of Anywhere else I get this level of pleasant and Thoughtful service. They truly go above and beyond. And that includes the young woman I originally delivered my garments to at the East Aurora location. This was my first experience of Benzinger’s and I will Never go anywhere else, and obviously Enthusiastically recommend this business. I’m gushing I know but that’s how very impressed and beyond satisfied I am with this business. So much so I Had to call them to give the same report. As they have multiple locations, I bet there’s one near you. You will not be disappointed."

"I had a simple request . I was traveling to Mexico for a business trip. I ordered 6 shirts med starch pressed and folded. I was on a tight time line on my trip and wanted to prevent the most wrinkles possible. I picked up my clothes to find 3 shirts on hangers and 3 folded. I needed all folded as per my request at time of drop off. There was no reason why the order wasn't proper nor any refund offered."
