"SCAM! These guys came in to do my floors. They smelled like alcohol and ended up ruining my floors. I never got my money back."

"Not impressed. Had a Groupon and scheduled an appt for 10. Came at 10:15. No biggie. Did a walk through. Which by the way he wore shoes in my house after I had said we don’t wear shoes in the house. He didn’t take his off or put a slip over his. I understand he’s cleaning the carpets but still not cool. Decided to have my runners done instead of a second bedroom. I left while he went to work. Can home after a few hours. The carpets just smelled like wet dirty water. No fresh clean smell. The runners were cleaned but also smelt like wet dirty water and he also pulled them off the stickies that held the carpets down. Also the runner felt crunchy. Not wet, just crunchy. They were soft and fluffy and now they aren’t. Idk just not what I was expecting. I guess for a cheap Groupon that’s what I get."

"To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I wish I would have taken a before pic. We thought they had seen better days and a good cleaning would be a slight improvement. Instead, they removed every terrible eye sore that had taken away from our cozy little home. They were fast and professional and very friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future"

"ON TIME ! that doesn't happen anymore. Did a great job today, was professional in his conversation and worked quickly. Our family room carpet is light colored, right off the deck, and takes a beating. It really came out much better than what I expected. The other two bedroom were also looking good after they were completed. We had another space done by him for a very reasonable extra cost. We will keep his number handy and would recommend him to our friends."

"Very hard to get in touch with the company to schedule an appointment, I called multiple times, and ultimately had to facebook message them to get response. I did a groupon deal but also added on deodorizer and scotch guard, as we purchased the home from animal owners. I was charged 100 dollars for the addition of these two, and from speaking to others I've found that was very steep given it was barely 400sqft that was treated. (first time home buyer perk for the company.. I didn't know any better) THE CARPETS---- Truly look amazing, we saw a change in the color given how filthy they were from the previous owners. I can say that they almost look new, I would definitely use this company again if there is another groupon, and just forego the add on's. The carpets were dry by that dinner time, and we had the service done around 11am."
