Leafguard Gutter Protection 3817 Lake Shore Drive East, Dunkirk, NY 14048

"*Leaving this review for my dad who used leaf guard* I have had leaf guard products installed on my house before and have had no issues. Years later I contacted leaf guard again to install the gutters on my garage and this is when my issues started with the Dunkirk installation and the Pittsburgh costumer service. After having the installation that is when all of my problems started. So much so I had to edit my review (that the employee originally wrote on my phone himself). This is an overpriced service that has way too many issues and not to have good results. My first issue was it was not installed properly and pieces started falling off in the wind. My next annoyance is I ordered downspout extenders with my order in August but didn’t receive them until November/ January. November I received the hose and January I received the adapters. The adapters are the wrong amount, size and color. I can’t use them. This was after a 2nd attempt to get my order corrected. Even with this next attempt the pieces weren’t even correct. Another inconvenience was the gutters were leaking and weren’t doing their job. Lastly the sharp pieces left in my yard after installation was extremely inconsiderate since I have animals. I’m very frustrated with this over $6000 job. I have reached out to leaf guard multiple times to get my order fixed and issues resolved and nothing has gotten better. It has come to the point where I don’t want to contact them anymore to try to fix any of their issues they caused me. I just want to warn everyone before they go through this business and have a terrible job as well. Pictures included. I should have just went to Home Depot to get parts needed."

"Had my gutters completed 8/3/22. From the initial estimate to the workers completing the project, everything was thorough & simple. I loved the product and the people. The new gutters are a dream compared to my horrible, small, bent, & ick filled original gutters. The work was completed in a timely manor from estimate to completion. I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you to the Dunkirk, Rochester, Buffalo, & Erie PA staff."

"Gutter install. Every person I had any contact with was fantastic . Very friendly, and we'll informed on the process. Installer, Josh, was one of the nicest, well educated on the system. During 90° weather, not 1 of the 3 gentleman that were here, complained or stalled in their job because of the heat. I'm confident that if there are any problems with their system, it will be addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Job well done!"
