"I had and issue in the Fall of 2022. I didn’t want to wait until it was an emergency. I called around and found that there aren’t many reliable people. Some didn’t even return my call. Elco answered my call and sent someone that day to investigate the problem. They used the Terra Lifting process and cleared out the drainage field blockages.That along with a pumping and my system, thankfully, was as good as new. I learned a lot from Anton and was grateful that he took the time to explain what was happening. It was an expensive process, but far less expensive than a new system. I recommended Elco to my neighbor who was having issues and they were happy with the results as well. Thank you Elco!"

"We called for a pump and was told a price. We were also asked if hole was dug, which we replied yes we had dug the hole. When he arrived, he charged an extra $175 to dig and backfill another hole because there was another cover, which was never mentioned before hand. Then he charged a fee for dumping which was never mentioned in the original phone call. (Which he claims he did mention, so no way to prove or disprove) In the end, the price was $375 over the original cost quoted. The pumping was completed very well and he was timely getting to the job. Need to completely verify price before hiring."

"Called for an emergency Septic Tank pump out, and they were at the house within an hour in the snow and cold. Also helped clear the plugged line from the house to the tank. I thought it was a very good price for the service. The technician was very helpful. I'd recommend Elco to anyone."
