"Took vehicle for inspection. Only talked to someone twice on the phone and they seemed more like it was a bother, very short. $91 for inspection, $20 for license plate bulbs (autozone has them for $16), then $41 for front wiper blades. I put new wiper blades on 5 months ago and they seemed fine when I used them day before inspection. Just didn't get a good feeling and still very questionable about wiper blades. Probably won't go back again."

I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got an appointment and the work was completed when he said it would be done! Also he made sure I was made aware of the costs involved. "On our way out of town for vacation my wife’s serpentine belt and belt tensioner went on her Equinox. We called other places but no one could get us in and we had hundreds of dollars of groceries and 2 dogs along for the ride. As soon as I called Brett’s place not only were they eager to help but very accommodating to our situation. They got her truck right in within 5 minutes of showing up, diagnosed the problem and got the parts en route to the shop. Brett himself allowed us to bring our two dogs in from the car, gave them water and lots of love. All of the employees were friendly and diligent to get us back on the road as soon as possible. The parts showed up within 30 minutes and we were back on the road after only an hour and a half. I can’t thank these guys enough for turning a bad situation into such a positive experience! They properly diagnosed the problem the first time, had the part rush delivered and had us back on the road quickly. My family and I are very grateful for Brett and his crew. UPDATE: After I wrote my initial review, Brett called me to see how the vehicle was running. This is the best customer service I've ever had from an auto mechanic. I'd give 6 stars if I could."
