"Once I found working machines, it was fine. When I first got there, the coin machine wasn't working, and when it reset, it tried to short me $10 in quarters. The folks from NAPA on the front side of the building took care of the issue. Half the machines are out of order, but the ones working were fantastic, especiallysince the large dryers."

"As of Aug 2, 2023 less than half the machines in the building are working. Also- the older gold dryers will just take your money and not dry anything."

"Some machines are out of service but overall a safe and friendly place that still uses quarters. Has speed queens and smaller machines as well. Lots of room to fold laundry and lots of things to do nearby while you wait."

"Lately quality has really declined. Machines are constantly out of order or not properly working. The floor is always dirty.. god forbid you drop any clean clothes. Hours have changed, no longer 24-7 which Is understood they had a break in. When you have a discrepancy you have to go to Napa to get your money back.. not always the friendliest. Its the only place to do your laundry in Old Forge so I guess that's that."

"Decent laundry service. It’s $1.75 to wash as well as dry. Some of the washers are very small. There’s also no A/C in there so it is super toasty during the summer."
