"I haven’t been in my pool all year. My inground pool has a leak, has been since Glamour opened the pool in May, and they saw the problem and said someone would be out to fix it. Called mid June inquiring about, gave all my info, said they would be out in a week-2 weeks. I called back twice a week since mid July and it’s always the same- give all my info again, she’ll leave a note on his desk. Same routine all summer, still have a green pool."

"The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I recently moved into a house with an existing glamour pool. They gave me a price to clean my pool and after the cleaning was done the bill was higher than was quoted over the phone so I called to discuss and they corrected it. I called back a few weeks later to request a date for a pool closing and they said they will not service my pool because I previously argued with the bill (they overcharged me). What a bad company."

"Glamour Pools had installed my pool over 17 years ago. I’ve been trying to get service out of them for years as it takes quite a while. My most recent call was two months ago to have my heater fixed Every time I called to see if anyone’s calling me back they keep telling me someone has my work order in their car. I’m not sure exactly what that means but no one has called me yet to set up an appointment."

"For over 20 years we have used Glamour Pool to open and close our pool (they also installed it). For over 20 years a complete closing included removing the pump and wrapping it in plastic. This year, when Glamour closed the pool the left the pump on. My husband called and was told it was no longer included in a complete closing and there was an extra $50 plus a service call charge to come back out and remove it for a total of $105. My husband requested someone from management call him to discuss. Instead, they came out and removed the pump, did not wrap it and billed us $105, which we did not authorize. We called again to discuss. The person who answered the phone refused to do anything for us and insisted we owed the $105, which we are refusing to pay as we did not authorize it without speaking with a manager first."
