"what a scam. called for a quote and they took all of my info then said they would look for a company for me. The listed number was NOT who they said they were"
"I am now 6 weeks without any disability pay and my claim is about to be closed. No matter what information I provide, it is never enough. They say 5 business daysto review anything sent in but since the person handling my account has been out of office I am being told maybe tomorrow (11 business days) and *worst case* my claim that's been active since January 28th of 2023 due to a car accident injury will be closed?! I have had to fight CONSISTENTLY every 2 weeks trying to keep my disability active as I have not one but 2 doctors telling me I cannot perform my duties. I am exhausted fighting on the phone with different representatives and being punished for them "not receiving" information from my doctors. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Stay FAR away! I'm only dealing with them because my employer uses them and I HAVE to, but I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy!"
"Be persistent and wait. They were wonderful the 5th time I called. They are very busy but once I spoke to a human I was given great service. Wish I could give more stars for the employees I spoke with! But getting through was tough"
"I honestly wish I could rate them NEGATIVE five stars. I’ve never had to deal with so much stress. Being that I’m five months pregnant I should be enjoying my pregnancy, but with complications that I am experiencing I of course need to take time off work and in doing so it racked me up with so many points and they don’t communicate well. You have to stay on them 24/7 or you will lose your job! Biggest scam company EVER!"
"Terrible God aweful experience. I've been on paternal leave for 2 weeks now and was told my payments works be seamless. I haven't recieved a single one and even when i called i get a operator in another country telling me that there are multiple tendencies to why is taking so long. The guy couldn't even communicate about the account abd when u asked to be transferred after calling 8 different times i get hung up on"
