"Staff pleasant enough, food good, no issues here and I've been a few times. It can be a little busy sometimes."
"Ordered ahead of time in the app to pick up at the drive-thru. Only a couple cars in front of me when I got there, but it was still several minutes before I got to the speaker. The person in front of me actually left without ordering because of the long wait. By the time I got to the speaker, the line of cars was all the way out to the street, posing a safety hazard for traffic. When I identified myself, they told me to pull up to the window, and it was several more minutes because there was one car in front of me at the window. When I got to the window, they did not have my order ready, they had somebody else's food, so there was apparently a miscommunication and I was asked to go pull up in the parking lot. By the time I got my food, it was 25 minutes after I had originally placed the order. I understand mistakes happen but this long delay is completely unacceptable, especially since it was not a long or complicated order. Pretty routine stuff at normal lunch time hours, there's no excuse for the amount of time I had to wait for this food. If Burger King is having trouble hiring qualified talent, maybe it's time for them to increase wages to get qualified staff."
