"I come into the store about four times a week. I have met the manager and the employees and they all have been nothing but kind and helpful. I would like to state that I see a recent review from Kenneth. I would like to mention that based on that description, that employee does not nor has ever worked at their store. For safety reasons, I will not explain further. However, no one of that description has ever worked at that location. There is another Vape store down the road that may have been confused with this location just to clarify. We love Vapor in Depew, Best people, best prices, and the best part of my day!"
"The amount of times this store has been open without anyone inside is ridiculous. I stood in their for 15 mins once, all by myself. The most interaction I've had with an employee of this place was me walking by with a cigarette in my hand. The employee accuasted me. Proclaimed himself a lung cancer survivor. While hitting a vape. It's like bro, you do know although arguably better for you than smoking cigarettes, vaping causes cancer too. Just an arrogant bunch of hipster wannabe, jamokes. Don't bother with this place."
"So basically we went in to return a vape we bought yesterday because it doesn’t stop hitting when you hit it and the ignorant lady at the counter interrupted us and said nope can’t help. She said let’s call Vanessa up (who is very nice and friendly) and while dialing she says “I love when people try and do this”. Just very mean and condescending. Would not recommend going there unless Vanessa is working. Had to throw out the vape by the way, not ideal."
