"Had been bringing my two German Shepards there for awhile until one day I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and by the time I got the dogs in my one dog was shedding pretty heavy upon arrival, the owners daughter was very nasty and told me my dogs hair was unexceptionable and they wanted 20 bucks more to groom him. I wasn’t happy with the way she was talking to me but I said ok. About 4 hours later they called that the dogs were done and ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed that my dogs are nasty and were biting Which they told me was going to cost another 20. My dogs were never a problem there before so I’m assuming it had to do with the daughters attitude and how they handled my dogs because she was mad he was shedding. On the way out I was told if I wanted to bring my dogs back I’d have to sedate them????? . I told them don’t worry I won’t be back."
