"Nice people. Good grooming. Place is a little hidden up the hill but does have a few parking spots. It's a little chaotic inside, but hey they're dogs and it's COVID so what do you expect. Recommended!"
"My bichon puppy was going through her fur change and ended up very matted, to the point that I was sure that we were going to end up with a full shave. I even bought a sweater in preparation for the inevitable. It DID NOT HAPPEN. In fact, quite the opposite and I have no idea how the magic the ladies worked happened. Not only did Melody end up mat free, she ended up with the cutest teddy bear cut ever! I am beyond pleased with the work and Melody loved her time there. After greeting me, she turned around to head back in to say goodbye to her groomers. 5 stars for sure."

"With company coming over this weekend, we needed our dog Zoe, who is 15 years old, groomed as she was in pretty bad shape. After a few calls to other groomers who could not take her for a few weeks, we called Shirwill Trim shop who told us to come over for them to take a look. They told us to leave her even though they were very busy and in less than 2 hours they called to pick her up. She looked great but more importantly, she was happier than she had ever been after a grooming. They obviously showed love and compassion and it showed."
