"One employee is always kind here. It’s a pharmacy, give them a break. CVS as a whole is kind of a hard company to work for. Don’t act entitled and show some patience. Don’t blame the pharmacy for everything that’s wrong. Just ask questions and see if they can find a coupon code or something. If they can’t, bring it up with your insurance."

"I have used Glen cove CVS pharmacy for 15 years. Recently the pharmacy has been a disaster. I get calls that prescriptions are ready for pickup. When I go there. They don't have them. When I go there to pickup the lines are long and slow moving. Some of the pharmacy staff is rude, and seem to not know what they are doing. The automated phone service messaging is broken up. After 15 years of patronizing CVS, l am switching pharmacies."
