"Absolutely abbhorrent service. Apart from the main accountant we worked with, they are at best well meaning and lacking in experience. At worst, they are a waste of time and money; and a liability if chosen to do your business taxes. We made the mistake of chosing them this past year, during our small-businesses first year of taxes. This choice was made based on their sales pitch of being able to answer any and all questions. Leading up to tax season we reached out several times to learn about and prepare for the filing process. Countless times we were ignored, brushed off, or given vague and misleading answers by their ill-prepared employees and their lead accountant. Calls went unanswered, unreturned, and any answers we received were too little too late; and did more damage than good. Come tax season, we spend hundreds paying them to file our taxes just to receive less than the bare minimum in service. That was not what we agreed to pay for. As a business owner, I understand that with any industry you pay an expert for their service not just their skill or talent. The service that was promised, providing guidance and communication throughout the filing process, was not rendered. As a result we lost money and time during the filing process, and now face late fees due to their incompetence. Needless to say we will be filing elsewhere next year, and highly reccomend anywhere but here for business tax services. It would have been more worth it to pay double to another accountant, if at the least they wouldn't mislead us. If we had been promised basic filing and nothing else, I would be satisfied with the service; but that is not our case. This sham of a business took advantage of a local small business, letting us believe they could provide necessary, basic information when they were not capable or willing to do such. Upon calling and inquiring about possible solutions, I was screamed at and hung up on. Mistakes are part of the trade when youre a new business. I hope not to replicate my mistake in choosing this place for business accounting, and I hope no other small business does and gets taken advantage of either."
