She doesn’t sound like any debt collector that’s trying to drain you out and call your phone repetitive. "The lady was really nice and patient. She also was very knowledgeable about the situation. I didn't give 5 stars because it is never a good feeling or situation to pay back a bill I am not responsible for. This could've been resolved and paid for during the first bank. There was a glitch with them with the card because it expired and I didn't realize it till lata few months later, but they didn't contact me about it until it was out of their hands. To me that's bad business. No one wants a collection agency to harass them. Just want to pay the bill owed in the first place . And SRS harassed me every day by calling 3-4 times a day, and we're very very rude. You would think I owed them personally."
