"The staff here is great and works very hard to get you through the process quickly. They are the only reason I can give two stars. The manager or owner is always rude, abrasive, curt and extraordinarily unfriendly. He acts as though any question is an imposition on his time and his answers are never courteous, simply delivered in the most brusque manner possible. I can't think of a single business I've been to in the last ten years where the person in charge so thoroughly discourages repeat business through the way he treats people on even the most routine tasks."

"While the younger employees were quite stellar, the older slim guy (manager?) has often been nothing but abrasive. I do like that this location opens at 8:00am….so I continue to go there to send my packages. Sorry to leave a negative review but, hey, if the shoe fits."

"This location offers "Graphic Design Services" so I went to discuss printing a Christmas card. Was waiting my turn, not even at the counter, when manager asked what I wanted. He told me that unless I had a file they were too busy to accommodate me "at this time of year." Customer service is obviously NOT a priority here - I was rudely treated, denied business, and publicly "put in my place." The second UPS store was very pleasant, dealt with my request and promised that, although this time of year is very busy ( which I get) they would do the best they could. That's how to run a business."

"I’ve been going to the UPS store in Fairport, N.Y. for years. I have always walked out feeling I was very well treated. Their service is superb! Even when they’ve had temporary help they were wonderful! Never have I had an unpleasant experience. Actually, I didn’t upgrade my printer and eventually tossed it since I live only a mile away. I simply use their services and it’s less of a hassle. I really appreciate their presence in town as I consider them an exemplary business! My kudos to them. Two thumbs up and my hat off to them! Thank you!"
