"It's A Dog's Life Boarding CNY is a premier dog boarding institution located at 7418 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, New York. We have recently transitioned from dog daycare to dog boarding and have relocated to our own property near Minoa in 2021.
At It's A Dog's Life Boarding CNY, we use Gingr, a user-friendly website, for all your dog boarding needs. You can easily register your dog, sign agreements, set up profiles, schedule visits, view report cards, and even input your credit card information for payment.
To get started, please register your dog on Gingr. Once you are in the system, you can schedule a free meet and greet for your dog. This evaluation is mandatory and only takes a few minutes. Once your dog has been evaluated and approved, you can use your portal to request and schedule future boarding dates. "My husband and I recently visited Syracuse for a memorial service and called a handful of daycares in the area two days prior, but nobody could accommodate our dog. We needed someone to watch our senior rescue, Charcoal, for extended hours without boarding overnight, just so we could attend the service. Julie was so understanding of our issue and graciously offered to keep the daycare open for a few extra hours just for us. Having never met her or seen the facility, we relied solely on reviews and the first impression on the phone with her. When we dropped Charcoal off, one of the staff members took some info then whisked him away. We felt very comfortable based on the way the facility looked and the staff member handled our sweet boy. When picking him up later, Julie greeted us to tell us he just lied down and she was sitting there with him. She gave us a report for his stay and we chatted for a few minutes before we left. You can tell Julie loves what she does and really loves dogs. Had it not been for her kindness and understanding, I’m not sure how we would have made it to the memorial. Thank you to Julie and her wonderful staff at It’s a Dog’s Life!"
