"Keep this in mind- this is an Emergency Hospital, so all furbabies get seen in order of priority. If you have a life threatening situation, this is the place to go!! If you're going simply to have your fur baby seen by a vet, bear in mind that the wait may be several hours, but once again... if it's life threatening, they are amazing at getting your baby seen, quickly and professionally. All staff, from the secretary, LVTs, and the DVM were both attentive and empathetic. Would use their services again, but hopefully won't have to! Thank you for taking care of our Daisy!!!"

"I was referred to this hospital by my local vet after discovering my one cat had a polyp in his right ear and would need surgery. The only hiccup I experienced was, I was initially told the $200 consultation fee would go towards my cats overall surgery which I then found out the day of surgery I was told wrong and it would not. From first being referred to his surgery, I would say it took about a month, all estimates were accurate and everyone was so kind. Dr. Kathy Rowe-Guthrie and her team was a pleasure to work with and I always knew my Ned was in good hands while with them. Thanks to this hospital my Ned is now promised a long comfortable life!"

"Our dog died on Wednesday afternoon and your staff gave him such a dignified last hour of his life. You gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to him and even after he was gone, we weren’t rushed. We were talked to about finances and the step-by-step process of what each option entailed, so when it came time to say goodbye, we could focus on him and be present in the moment - not mourn and then immediately have someone come in and talk money. Our family, and I’m sure him, felt taken care of in the worst moment of our lives. Thank you for taking care of him."
