"I wanted to support my local business which is why I purchased my Polaris 9550 at Leslie’s Pool supplies instead of AMAZON. The unit is a piece of garbage used it for 3 months and it is not operating. The unit is under warranty and the technician Chris has been diligent in attempting to diagnose and fix the unit. UNFORTUNATELY, getting Polaris to approve the repairs and send the parts is INCREDIBLY CHALLENGING. It has been over 6 weeks and The necessary repairs have not been completed and we can’t clean the deep end of our pool and enjoy the pool. I would definitely shop at Amazon instead they would of sent the customer a new unit . In hindsight, I should of purchased a Dolphin."

"Bought a pool online 2 weeks ago. I had to buy a specific pool to fit the footprint of my old pool (has a deck around half of it). Unfortunately, the pool came as a whole kit. I didn't need the overlap liner (I wanted and had to buy a J hook liner), the ladder or the sand filter. Over $1,500 worth of stuff I can't use. I called and asked if I could just buy the pool and was told no. Delivery of the pool was quick. After delivery, I called and asked if I could return the items I didn’t need. I figured since they sell these products individually anyway, they can put them back in their inventory. I was told no. I've been trying to sell them online with no luck. I just went back on the website last night to look up the manual to my pool and saw the price of the pool kit has dropped $700. So between the equipment I don’t need and the new discount, I have spent over $2,200 extra for my pool. It's quite frustrating and disheartening. REALLY wish I could return the items I have no use for."

"I was waiting about 10 min today to get my hot tub water tested and then other people walked in and they served them first. Smdh not sure if it's because I'm hispanic and they were white lol but I let them explain...interesting how there is a review below with the same negative cultural experience. Maybe there should be more done about this."

"Horrible i I usually go to royal pools to get my water tested they where closed on Wednesday I got my water tested here the guy gave me 3 bottles of 3 liters of no phos my pool is white at the moment I have my grandmas 89 birthday party tomorrow I had to call my pool guy to come clean the bottom of the pool and balance these chemicals these people are just interested in selling you products I had to get my pool cleaned and filter serviced thanks a lot Leslie pools"
