"I came in on Thanksgiving to buy two bottles of wine the total was $32.58 I gave $18 in cash and paid the rest on my card. (So I thought) This morning I saw that they charged the full amount on my card and took my cash and most likely pocketed my money. It’s not a huge or large amount but it’s the principal of the thing. It’s too late to go back and complain so I’m writing my experience."

"asked for a certain wine and they started criticizing me saying that the wine they reccomend is better i understand the women wanted to b helpful but i came into that store for specific wine and she charged me double than the price was and when i asked for a refund she didnt say anything n gave me sm attitude i was holding myself back from being nasty and was .3 seconds of calling the cops if my refund didnt go through"

"Don’t go here! I just left there! There are better places to go and spend your money!! There were two men working there when I went (one younger and one older). I asked for a specific wine and was told very rudely they didn’t have it. Neither asked if they could help me find something else, offered another suggestion...nothing. Very rude, unfriendly and not helpful. The whole vibe is off. They never moved from behind the register. Listen up buddy, I don’t need to buy anything from your store. There are a million stores to buy wine. But guess what?, you NEED my money and business. I don’t need you!! Treat customers better."
