Majestic Pools

"A worked showed up to fix my hot tub then asked to borrow a bunch of tools of mine, then took off without returning them. very disappointed! You would think they would be supplied with all the tools they would need for the job. I tried contacting them multiple times, but for some reason the manager is never available and doesn't return my calls when I leave messages. Horrible business practice"

"On November 6th, 2023 our fence was hit and severely damaged by one of their hot tub service men. We have a full video and multiple photos of the incident. Since that day I have called countless times to address this issue. I talked to a manager who told me that they’d be contacting me to set up a consult with a fencing company to come out and see the damage. This has not happened and I’ve received absolutely no contact since that conversation in November. Each time I call I’m told they have taken note of my call and I’ll hear back when a manager comes in. Again, this hasn’t happened. Buyer beware, I hope you never need any type of customer service from this company because you won’t get it."

I had a ton of questions and he answered each one in detail and left me feeling confident about the maintenance of my spa. Very appreciative for Ryan’s kindness and help!!!"

We had our startup today and Tim from service went above and beyond explaining and going through the operation on how to run, maintain and take care of everything, he is a wealth of knowledge and great asset to your team. What a nice value add having a startup because I would not have known how to do this myself. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to visit the professionals at Majestic pool and spa ! Thank you !"

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to make sure we knew how to properly maintain our new spa.
