They went above and beyond to help me with my warranty issue. They brought my warranty parts back from a PDC factory when they were down there on a new dealer tour of their factory in Pennsylvania. "We went to three different locations when picking out a hot tub, and Picture Perfect Pools & Spas was the clear winner! We had the opportunity to work with CJ, who made the purchasing and delivery process very easy. CJ took his time explaining all the different features and products available. Thankfully, he did not use outdated sales tactics by showing us the most expensive model or pitching unnecessary upgrades. We were pleasantly surprised by the cost, and CJ stayed within our predetermined budget. One other location quoted nearly 20% more for a similar product without the cover lift assist. Also, unlike other dealers that quoted 3+ months for delivery, CJ got us our custom hot tub in just over a month. Bonus: the delivery team was respectful and did not damage our newly seeded lawn. Overall, we will definitely return to purchase more water treatment products, and we highly recommend visiting Picture Perfect Pools & Spas first."
