"I brought a sample of my water to Spaulding in Massena a couple of weeks ago to be tested. After testing it, she gave me $120 plus pool chemicals to use. We followed the steps just like she said and my pool never cleared up. After spending that much money, something should have happened. I went in and told them about it and they did absolutely nothing for me. Very disappointed in Spaulding."
