"Words can't describe how incredible Adam is as a real estate lawyer. He has a good moral compass and I guarantee he will negotiate terms in your favor. My experience prior to finding Adam was horrible, the lesson in my experience is you need Adam and no one else to represent you in real estate transactions. New York is filled with a lot of corruption and you need someone good by your side when you take the leap to buy a home or you will be in a tough position as I was.
