"I've been to other liquor stores where the staff is more helpful. During one visit here months ago I asked for information about a wine I was considering buying. One young woman said she didn't know as she only drinks sweet wine, and a middle-aged man informed me that he doesn't drink wine. That was the extent of their assistance. UPDATE: I gave this store another try a few months ago and found a huge improvement in the staff. I've been back several times since, and each time as soon as I walk through the door I have been greeted and asked if I needed any help. All of the clerks have been friendly. It's now a pleasure to shop there."

"I’ve never felt that they had a great selection. But it was close and convenient to grocery shopping. Omicron is everywhere. Record cases. I walk up to the cash out and they’ve taken down the plexiglass. I asked why and the female clerk said write a letter. I said why don’t you mention it to the owner. I’m not comfortable with this, I won’t be back. I then got the snarky “Have a good day”. Why I ask was it necessary to take down something so simple that makes customers feel that the business is doing something to make their customers and community safe? Really bad PR. And lack of knowledge on the owners part."
