"Poorly stocked,poorly managed. I placed an order on Uber. Out of stock. Placed another order and they didn’t have staff to get a bottle for me to pick up. So I had to drive to another store. How do the run out of vodka on a Tuesday UPDATE Based on the owners response I wanted to update my review. 1). He claims he never gets on star review. I can see at least 3 on google maps 2). He implied I was a troll. I have only posted 3 poor reviews and only when service is so poor to warrant it. 3). He implies Uber delivery person lost the order. On this Tuesday I placed an order for a bottle of vodka at 2:14pm for pick up. Uber said the store had no inventory. Understanding they could have an issue on one sku I placed another order for a lesser vodka at 2:31 again for pick up. A few minutes later they replied the store was to busy to service any orders. Since it was an order for only one bottle there must have been a bigger issue . So I routed to another store that was able to confirm they had merchandise. 4). He was annoyed I didn’t call the store after he refused my two attempts to be his customer, i honestly don’t know if that is a reasonable expectation. I thought 2 attempts was enough 5). He then implied I don’t have any facts. Yet I have both cancelled orders. He believes this order was for delivery, and it wasn’t , and this was is first unsatisfied customer and if you look you will see the others I don’t know if they were warranted but I wanted you to know mine was based on real experience I was shocked that instead of a simple apology for his store not serving my request, that may have altered my assessment of the day I was slandered and was accused blaming them for a misdirected delivery man that was a fictitious creation of his. I appreciate that he is a family owned business but the expectation of basic service is still an exception. I was an occasional customer as it is close by but after his response I think I may just plan to go elsewhere"
