"I purchased a product from this company and they were really helpful when I was buying it from them. But when a problem came up with the item, I returned to the store with the item and my receipt and the worker there told me it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing he could do. When I tried respectfully to come up with some kind of solution since I literally bought the item FROM THEM, the worker then started speaking really loudly and told all the other customers in the store to back up what he was saying and to tell me there was nothing he can do. I was so embarrassed at that point I just left. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and when I calmly tried to resolve the situation with respect, I was met with resilience and was then publicly shamed from one of their workers. Like I said, there great when I bought the item but I think in the future, I will purchase from a company that can actually stand behind the products they are selling."

"Jan runs the Kindest Shop on Earth called Super Kind Imports. If you tell him your legal Smoke shop needs, he will find what you are looking for if it is anywhere in the store. It usually is and Jan usually finds it first try. If you don't leave Super Kind Imports feeling kinder and better, then you are doing it wrong."
