"We just purchase land and went through Mr. Palumbo. First I was charge 100.00 for consult over the phone and the conversation only last 20 minutes not the hour I was told I was paying for. Survey was done with four corners flagged ok fine, but at closing we ask for one of the lines to be flagged from one to the other. Mr. Palumbo wrote it down on the back of one our paper and said when he sends them the check he will let them know to do this, and it should not cost us any more. Both my husband and I heard and seen him write it done. Nothing was done for about a month I called and got there is nothing more we can do basically. My husband called Mr. Palumbo had to recognition of them and said he would check in it and call my husband back....2 weeks no call, my husband calls back and of course he never says he has never say any of that and that he did eveything as he should and we are pairs because he never said any of that to us.
