"Terrible, they can't even handle Amazon QR code returns. They are flagrantly rude and condescending about it too. Worst customer service ever. The manager was rude in front of young employees. They all learned probably the worst lesson they could learn at their age. I think Staples will eventually go bankrupt with employees like this and UPS should be running from this sinking ship. UPS we need a UPS store in Olean. There is no good option for us here, and there are many reasons to get one opened here, including the fact that Staples is going to go under with employees like that."

"Recieved a delivery confirmation at 12:28. Went to grab the package off my porch at 12:30. The package was visibly ripped open and product was missing. Called customer service. Was told to submit a claim online but the site kept telling me a photo was required but my photo was too big, even with my camera on the lowest setting. Called customer service back and they told me there was nothing they could do and to contact the shipper."

"This Staples store is generally well staffed with friendly and helpful associates. I order ship-to-store items regularly and have always been greeted and taken care of quickly. Large store, well stocked, lots of business supplies as well as electronics."
