"We used this law firm for purchase and closeing on a house , shortly after taking us on they were impossible to contact, there were multiple times things were held up because the real-estate agent had to contact them or the sellers attorney had to contact, the layer we got only whanted to communicate via email and they were allways worded as if we are an inconvenience and worded varry rudely. we at one point callled another layer for advice to get to the next step on the house ,after everything is said and done we tryed to get the deed and abstract, well we tryed to make appointments and got voice mails and when we finally did get someone they told us that they wold talk to the attorney and get back to us ,1 year latter we get a letter in the mail telling us to come get it. agine we call and try to set up an appointment, 1 year agine gos by and another letter this time we are told to just come in any time .could of said that in the beginning , but with them apparently being such a large and busy law firm i see how people must just get lost in the shuffle"

"I called and all's i wanted to ask was what address i needed to send some forms back too just to be sure. The woman who answered the phone i guess Rebekahs co worker would not listen to a thing io had to say, she kept running her mouth and wouldn't allow me to say what i needed .So when i told her she didn't listen very well she then hung up on me.. I will definitely never use her for a lawyer in my life time. I hope the lady i spoke to grows up and learned to give people the time of day someday."
